I am enduring a difficulty with File Explorer on my Windows 11 laptop where by it refuses to open. Each time I try to start it through the taskbar, the appliance appears to start loading, but then the taskbar refreshes, and very little takes place. Exactly the same trouble happens when trying to open File Explorer from the Start menu or as an admin
